Grading the Top 25 Stars of the 2013 Army All-American Game

The 2013 U.S. Army All-American Bowl certainly lived up to expectations. Some of the very best college football recruits were on display in this game, and they did not disappoint. In the end, the East team beat the West team, 15-18, in what was a very exciting and well-played game.
